Key Responsibilities

  • Offer tech support via phone and email for domestic appliance clients.
  • Conduct initial diagnostics and troubleshooting with 60 available processes.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and using resources like YouTube tutorials.
  • Handle minor repairs, follow-up on orders, and address complaints.
  • Utilize three software programs for the support process.
  • Cross-sell products as needed.

Requirements

  •   Near native level of Dutch.
  •   Advanced level of English.
  •   Experience in customer service or tech support (preferred).
  •   Strong communication skills (phone and email).
  •   Ability to handle and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  •   Familiarity with software programs.
  •   Cross-selling skills are a plus.
