Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to our VIP Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Anticipate client needs and provide bespoke solutions to enhance their experience.
• Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system for optimal service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to swiftly resolve any inquiries or issues.
• Engage in continuous training to remain knowledgeable about our products and standards of service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Previous experience in VIP customer service or similar roles is highly preferred.
• Strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on building relationships.
