In this essential role, you will act as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with travel bookings, inquiries, and problem resolution. If you have a passion for travel and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we want you to be part of our dynamic and supportive team!

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality travel support to Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly.
• Assist with travel bookings, changes, and any travel-related issues they may encounter.
• Share helpful advice on destinations, travel regulations, and tips to enrich their travel experiences.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and ensure follow-ups where necessary.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain outstanding service levels.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about travel products and services.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or travel-related roles is advantageous.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
