In this key role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their travel inquiries, bookings, and modifications related to their experiences with Booking.com. Your support will help travelers create unforgettable adventures while ensuring they receive the assistance they need.

Your Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding their bookings.
• Help customers with changes, cancellations, and inquiries to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Share your travel knowledge to guide customers on various destinations and Booking.com services.
• Accurately document customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards and ensure memorable customer experiences.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve your travel knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or the travel industry is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
