Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers regarding our technology solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Document all customer interactions and solutions provided for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong technical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric approach.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow within the technology field.
