Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for Dutch-speaking clients, managing their accounts and building lasting relationships.
• Assess customer requirements and deliver tailored technical support to enhance their experience.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to monitor performance and explore growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met effectively.
• Document client interactions, maintaining thorough records for management review.
• Stay current with industry trends and product developments to provide valuable feedback to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential, with proficiency in English being an advantage. Please indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. or Cover Letter.
• Proven experience in account management, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software or technology solutions.
