You will play a crucial role in supporting Dutch-speaking clients with their technical inquiries and ensuring they have the best experience with our products.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers for a variety of electronic products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on the optimal use of products and services.
• Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong technical skills with an ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Flexibility to work from anywhere in Greece.
