As a Streaming Platform Support Representative, you will assist our Dutch-speaking customers as they navigate our innovative streaming platform. Your troubleshooting skills and customer service expertise will play a key role in ensuring users have the best possible experience. Join us and help shape the future of streaming!

Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and platform issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine interest in technology and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or a technical role is a plus, but not mandatory!
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for assisting customers in navigating our streaming platform.
