Located in Athens, Greece, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Dutch-speaking clients successfully implement and leverage our software solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the software implementation process for Dutch-speaking clients from initiation to completion.
• Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop customized implementation strategies.
• Deliver training sessions and ongoing user support to enhance client engagement and software utilization.
• Document the implementation process thoroughly and gather feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the implementation phase.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in software implementation or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client training and support.
