Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional social media support to Dutch-speaking customers, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Develop and curate engaging content that resonates with our Dutch-speaking audience.
• Proactively monitor social media channels for customer feedback and discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
• Contribute to community engagement initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends to continually optimize customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Strong enthusiasm for social media and a desire to engage with customers.
• Prior experience in customer service or social media roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building relationships.
