Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring it adheres to community guidelines.
- Rapidly identify and take action against inappropriate or harmful posts.
- Provide recommendations and insights to enhance content quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with fellow moderators to improve moderation processes.
- Maintain clear documentation of moderation actions and decisions.
- Stay abreast of trends in social media and content moderation practices.
- Engage in team discussions to share experiences and develop effective strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to support community engagement.
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
- Proactive problem solver with effective decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
