In this crucial role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers facing roadside emergencies, providing them with the exceptional service quality that matches the luxury brand's standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver immediate and effective roadside assistance to Dutch-speaking clients during emergency situations.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and coordinate appropriate support quickly to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, keeping them updated and reassured throughout the assistance process.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and the resolutions provided to enhance service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members and service providers to offer prompt solutions.
• Participate in regular training to familiarize yourself with luxury vehicle features and assistance protocols.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in high-stress environments.
• Previous experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics.
• A friendly, professional demeanor focused on delivering top-tier customer experiences.
• A willingness to work in a mobile environment and travel across Greece as needed.
