Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding remote support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels of communication.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
• Guide customers through product features, enabling them to make the most of our services.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions to facilitate ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product developments and support techniques.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in remote support or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• A dedication to providing a positive customer experience and establishing rapport.
• A proactive approach to learning and a desire to advance within a collaborative team setting!
