Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or online retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist.
• Comfortable using technology and navigating various online shopping platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
