As a crucial member of our support team, you will assist Dutch-speaking users, addressing their inquiries, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience on our online platform. Your support will be key to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Dutch-speaking customers via email and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Guide users in navigating the online platform and utilizing its features efficiently.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with peers to streamline support processes and resolve complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge of the platform and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer care.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and deliver effective solutions.
