Your communication skills and cultural understanding will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our diverse customer base.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality multilingual support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a desire to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
