Dutch Speaking Mobile Support Specialist

As a vital member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate and troubleshoot issues related to their mobile products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding mobile applications and devices.
• Diagnose and resolve mobile-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Assist customers in understanding and utilizing mobile features and functionalities.
• Document all customer interactions to support quality assurance and service improvements.
• Collaborate with product teams to share customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technology and mobile products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong knowledge of mobile technology and applications.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills to relay technical information clearly.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
