Dutch Speaking Media Streaming Support Advisor - Athens (Remote in Greece)

In this role, you will be a key member of our customer support team, helping users of our media streaming services effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include providing assistance in Dutch for technical inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive and enriched streaming experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for media streaming inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by users.
• Educate customers about the features and functionalities of the streaming platform.
• Respond to and manage customer complaints with urgency and care.
• Document interactions accurately within our customer support system.
• Coordinate with technical teams to remedy complex issues as they arise.
• Engage in regular training to stay informed of product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English are required.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and be a proactive team member in a remote environment.
• A good understanding of media streaming technologies and platforms is preferable.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
