In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, delivering a positive shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.

As a Dutch Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative, you will address customer inquiries, assist with order processes, and resolve any issues. Your fluency in Dutch and commitment to customer service excellence will make a significant impact in our marketplace.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and returns.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to maintain quality service standards.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to implement process improvements and enhance customer experiences.
• Partake in ongoing training and development to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with a strong commitment to customer care.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
