In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring that they have a seamless experience with our services. Your proactive approach and friendly demeanor will be essential in making a positive impact on our customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently to meet client needs.
• Educate clients about product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
• Carefully document all customer interactions for future reference and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles is highly desirable.
