As a Gaming Community Support Agent, you will assist our Dutch-speaking players by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering vibrant community interactions. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for our community members.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking gamers through various communication channels (email, chat, and forums).
• Monitor community engagement to respond promptly to player inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Collect and analyze player feedback to enhance game features and community experience.
• Assist in organizing community events that encourage player interaction and satisfaction.
• Identify and report significant trends and issues within the community to relevant teams.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the gaming industry and community interests.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is necessary. Please include your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service or community management is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to user support.
• Comfortable using digital communication tools and technology.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends when necessary.
