Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about our products and service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
