Dutch Speaking Email Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to email inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Help resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and confidence in our services.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes.
• Participate in training sessions to develop your knowledge of products and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Previous experience in customer service or email support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
