Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical support to Dutch-speaking customers for a variety of electronic devices through phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication to understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with product installation, configuration, and overall usage guidance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Create and update helpful documentation and resources to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with electronic devices and customer support methodologies is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is a plus.
