Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers for a range of electronic devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to both hardware and software promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and recommend product improvements.
- Create and maintain helpful documentation and guides to empower customers in utilizing their devices effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
- Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a supportive team player.
- Familiarity with electronic devices and tech support best practices.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is an advantage.
