Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunication products and services, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product features.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or telecommunications is a plus but not mandatory.
