Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance user experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product features and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in tech or transportation, is a plus but not mandatory.
