Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding book selections, orders, and online bookstore services.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with new book releases and platform improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• A genuine passion for books and literature.
