Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about our mobile banking services, providing information and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mobile banking trends and product features.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong interest in technology and banking services.
• Previous experience in customer support or in the banking/financial industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a customer-focused mentality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to embrace a new environment and relocate to Greece if necessary.
