Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury products, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service quality standards and improve customer experiences.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on luxury brand offerings and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
• Previous experience in customer support or retail, particularly in luxury brands, is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic team player with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece or already residing in Greece, with ready access to the luxury retail market.
