Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment products, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
• Document and track customer interactions diligently in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong enthusiasm for customer service and home entertainment.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
