Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients within the Gaming & Esports Department through multiple communication channels.
• Address customer inquiries related to gaming products, services, and events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated with the latest gaming trends and products.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A passion for gaming and knowledge of the esports landscape.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
