Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery orders, resolving issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service strategies.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong passion for food and excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
