Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive insurance sector via various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and coverage options, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in the insurance sector.
• Previous experience in customer support or the automotive insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
