Dutch speaking Customer service role for Tobacco department in Greece

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to tobacco products.
• Provide accurate information about product details, pricing, and availability.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner while maintaining high service standards.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system to keep track of feedback and service requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service processes and increase customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing learning about tobacco industry regulations and product offerings.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on satisfaction and client relations.
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail or product-related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• An interest or background in the tobacco sector is a plus.
• Must hold an EU passport.
