Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding public transport services, routes, schedules, and fares.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on public transport policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or public transport is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various customer inquiries.
• Proficient in using digital tools and customer service platforms.
