Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with product-related questions.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions to support ongoing service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on products and customer service practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
