You will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries concerning hotel reservations, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience in planning their stays. Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle inquiries related to hotel bookings, cancellation requests, and general information.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to assist in service improvement and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members and hotel partners to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance understanding of hotel services and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
