Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve challenges effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about products and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or health-related fields is desirable, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
