Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Effectively handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placement.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to help improve services.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or fitness is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
