Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding AI products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product usage guidance.
• Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Gather feedback from customers to share with the product development teams.
• Stay updated on AI advancements and company offerings to provide informed assistance.
• Contribute to improving customer service processes and enhancing user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
