Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, assist with flight bookings, and resolve any issues related to reservations.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately to support continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and airline partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on airline policies, services, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
