Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to digital services.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage, but not required.
