Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with product-related questions efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude during all interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to enhance the quality of service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Engage in training sessions to stay informed about products and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
