We’re on the lookout for a professional, empathetic Customer Service Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join our growing multilingual team supporting a high-profile global client. This is a remote-first role, but you need to be based in Philippines but this will be a Remote/WFH setup.


You must have the following: 

  • Own PC/Laptop (Minimum of Core i3 Latest Gen and 8GB RAM)
  • Stable Internet and back up connection

 What You’ll Be Doing:


• Helping customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media

• Resolving queries with speed, care, and consistency

• Supporting back-office operations (order updates, supplier coordination, admin)

• Collaborating with team members via Slack and shared platforms

• Contributing to quality, compliance, and performance goals



 What We’re Looking For:


• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• A clear communicator with a calm, customer-first mindset

• Tech-confident and ready to learn. Zendesk experience is a plus

• Based in the Philippines

• Previous experience in customer service or contact centres preferred


• Shifts will fall between UK Business hours (mid shift)
