Dutch Speaking Customer Loyalty Adviser

Patrique Mercier Recruitment by Cyriel is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Loyalty Adviser. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Dutch and dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our customers.

In this role, you will interact with our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your contributions will be essential in building lasting relationships with our customers and creating positive experiences that reinforce their connection to our brand.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player with a customer-centric mindset.
