Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Happiness Specialist! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring that each interaction is positive and satisfactory. Your dedication to customer happiness will contribute significantly to maintaining our brand's reputation and customer loyalty.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide superb customer support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels.
• Manage inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently to ensure a delightful customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and share insights for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and happiness.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• A passionate attitude towards enhancing customer happiness and satisfaction.
