Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required. Please include your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a digital or technology setting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and digital platforms is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn.
