In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our clients have a smooth experience with our digital products. Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to communicate effectively and establish strong connections with customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required. Please include your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the digital or technology sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and customer service software is beneficial.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn.
