Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients within the renewable energy sector.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service delivery.
• Stay informed about renewable energy trends and company products to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in renewable energy.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Capable of managing a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Openness to relocating to Athens, Greece and experiencing a new culture.
